| Q: What materials can you cut? |
| A: Just about any material up to 5 feet x 10 feet. We can cut most metals, woods, plastics, and acrylics. If you have some other material to cut, send us a sample along with a copy of the appropriate MSDS sheet. |

| Q: How large (or small) an order can you handle? |
| A: At International Laser Cutting, we can handle any size job. Our laser cutting machine is capable of running 20 hours a day, and its high speed cutting capabilities ensures large jobs are completed in a timely manner. We can cut thousands of parts a day. |

| Q: How quickly can I get my parts? |
| A: Normal delivery time is five business days after client approval. This may vary depending on material availability. If you have a rush job, we may be able to accommodate you. |

Q: What's the quickest way to get a quote? |
| A: Call our office at 702-642-2955 and ask to speak with one of our Sales Representatives. They will get all of the necessary information and get you a price for your job. We normally turn quotes around in one to two working days, but if you need numbers sooner just let us know. |

| Q: What type of computer drawing files to you need? |
A: If you have a computer drawing file, we prefer DXF or DWG files, but are capable of converting most file types.

| Q: What if I don’t have a computer file for my drawing? |
| A: Send us whatever drawings you have by either faxing them or scanning them and e-mailing them to us. We can usually price out the job from a hand drawing. Before we cut the part, a computer drawing will have to be created and we can perform this service. |

Q: What if I need a sample for testing before I run lots of parts? |
| A: For large runs, we generally create a prototype for approval before running the job. |
